Jakarta PPKUKM Agency Acting Head Andri Yansyah said it aimed to facilitate tracing if there were employees or visitors who had been confirmed as COVID-19.
"It is done to anticipate the spread of the coronavirus transmission, whether it is the employee or the visitor is confirmed, so it's easy to detect," he stated, Wednesday (10/14).

His went on to say that the managers of shopping centers or buildings should develop an electronic data collection system. Moreover it could be done starting from the parking lot and/or building entrance.
He assessed, it would be better if tenants, restaurants or cafes in an area also implemented the same thing in coordination with the building manager.
"Cafes, restaurants, kiosks, shops in one area can be recorded when entering the parking lot. Please help each other, as if there is a neighbor's tenant who is infected, it is not just one tenant or shop that is closed, but the entire building," he described.
Regarding independent restaurant or cafe, it was required to collect data electronically. Therefore, the agency wanted related associations to invite all members to apply electronic data collection.
"This is what I convey to all associations. So they must give socialization and education to all," he expressed.
He added that it was not only in the interests of handling and preventing the disease, but there were other benefits that could be felt in a bid to increase productivity and business development.
"Apart from the pandemic, they (restaurants and cafes) can conduct customer satisfaction surveys, like what should be met, what menus should be added, which ones do not sell," he stated.
